Summa Time is Here, yo.

forreals. it actually feels like summer right now. like. i'm just watching right now my cousins LOL fighting each other wit their feet and playing crazy 8's like we always used to do every summer. like. so carefree, and innocent, and just lmao, like. real fun. like its so genuine & just enjoying each other's company. LOL we took mad pictures of feet. LOL. LOL. wow. we're so disturbing. and they came up with a new code word for fart "oregano." LOL whatdaheck. lmao seriously my family is so screwed in the head in a weird way. but i love it. i'll post up pictures and videos later. i remember that one summer where we had to go to one another's house every day because the parents wanted "off" from their kids some days. so all the cousins would go to one cousin's house. and we would just do everything. everything and anything. eh, i realized how annoying driving can be because it was really walking around everywhere, and just enjoying that time with each other to go places that made the most fun. but i don't mind just sitting here, forgetting everything around us, and just spending time. that's all. true happiness, in spending time with the people you love. i hope when we're 20 even, that we have stupid slumbers like these, just playing cards, farting on each other -_______-, putting our feeet in each other's faces, LOL, wow. -____- we really need to find new hobbies.

Rutgers Orientation

okay. bleh. not really in the mood to blog. but because i feel like there is a need to blog about it before i forget it all.

i went to my rutgers orientation for freshmen the other day. goodstuff. i went there. humongo bags in my hand while others got lame-o small backpacks. what the heck. kissed my parents at the door goodbye at the door. lmao, oh dear, how am i gonna survive college. and all the works. x] i'm so glad, that the first thing i found when i got in was cyrus, leon, and their friend arber [pronounced R-BEAR]. COOL NAME, MAN. i felt like leon was so o.0 and zoned. thought we would  be cool and comfortable with each other. but i guess not. unfortunate since he's my God brother and i thought i might be able to go to him when college comes around. anyways. we went to our dorms and my roomate for the orientation was a girl name emily. and we were in arnab's group, with leon in it too. he was slightly awkward, but my group was pretty cool and funny too. sure, we weren't as close as other groups and come up wit a name and cutesy and exchange numbers and all that shizz, but it was good. we did icebreakers. and we went to talks.
eh the talks reminded me how intimidated i am to go to college. i even have cousins, betting on whether or not i'll dive into drinking and drugs when i do get to college. i mean, i'm planning on not drinking or drugs, but it's just disturbing how they were bragging about their collection of 40 diferent types of condoms in the bookstore and how the adult speaker laughed when a girl yelled out "ARE THERE ANY FLAVORED?!" and that the statistic is that 4 out of 5 students drink at Rutgers. i liked the scavenger and everything. that was cute. i love the RU buses, i can't wait for those. lmao that sounds lame, but yes. i really am. and i can't wait to walk around the campus, independent and free.
that night, my roomates boyfriend slept in our room. no lie, i was freakin out. next time, i can't permit that. i mean, as for my roomate right now, maybe later on in the year, but right now? i'm lucky that emily's boyfriend was a good guy. her friends hung in the room before it and were pretty chill. TJ, dang, that kid was a playa playa.
i realized, you REALLY can't judge anyone, going to college. i saw this one jock-y kid wit all this swag. he went to the piano, and started playing some of the freshest piano pieces i ever heard. cyrus, when he told people that he doesn't drink and doesn't plan on getting involved in drugs, and man, i was so glad to hear that. i mean - not that others are bad people, but its nice to know that maybe someone will be able to understand and help me with the struggle to avoid that scene in college. a friend told me a story about another friend of ours. how he was at a party. he doesn't do any of that stuff, and someone had slipped sometihng into his drink. that night not only did he get drunk, he also smoked up some weed. i mean. man. i just hope the friend i make at rutgers will respect my values,  just as much as i respect theirs.
i practiced my breakin and headspins and fingertutting wit the boys. stayed up til 3 am wit those boys. dang, i really gotta watch myself and my limits. i know they're good guys. but i can't trust so easily when it comes to other guys even when i think i know them enough. we watched these rape skits and other skits that might relate to us, and its scary. when do you know its safe? when its okay to trust?
that night also, we had "social night" and i chilled wit a cool kid! i think people misconcieve and label him as "the nerdy kid", and i suppose he is. he's socially awkward and mad smart, son. but really, give him a chance, just like everyone else, and he's coolstuff. kenneth's the name. we talked like the whole night just about everything. he was real nice and i was glad he actually opened up. he likes to talk just as much as i do x]
i went back to my room and slept and the next day we had sample classes. -______- i fell asleep in my first official college class - before the fall semester even began. BLEH.
made all these friends. i ate healthy choices :D. i'm so happy for that. at least i know i won't be gettin big over in college. and. i'm so pumped, man. SO pumped.

but MAN, oh man. mad cuties. mad cuties. watch yo self, arianne. watch yo self wit those boys. they'll do a lot.
don't be naive. lock your doors, don't give people your keys even if they are your friends. don't let people borrow your phone to "please make a call, i lost my phone" unless you do it yourself for them. don't trust those boys so easily and go to their room. don't stay out too late - because studies and friends should be balanced. don't be stupid and be out late. watch what you drink. if you don't, get a new one. don't get tempted. remember all the reasons why you don't.

hello. mr. personality test.

Your view on yourself:

You are intelligent, honest and sweet. You are friendly to everybody and don't like conflict. Because you're so cheerful and fun people are naturally attracted to you and like to talk to you.

The type of girlfriend/boyfriend you are looking for:

You like serious, smart and determined people. You don't judge a book by its cover, so good-looking people aren't necessarily your style. This makes you an attractive person in many people's eyes.

Your readiness to commit to a relationship:

You are ready to commit as soon as you meet the right person. And you believe you will pretty much know as soon as you might that person.

The seriousness of your love:

You like to flirt and behave seductively. The opposite sex finds this very attractive, and that's why you'll always have admirers hanging off your arms. But how serious are you about choosing someone to be in a relationship with?

Your views on education

Education is very important in life. You want to study hard and learn as much as you can.

The right job for you:

You're a practical person and will choose a secure job with a steady income. Knowing what you like to do is important. Find a regular job doing just that and you'll be set for life.

How do you view success:

You are afraid of failure and scared to have a go at the career you would like to have in case you don't succeed. Don't give up when you haven't yet even started! Be courageous.

What are you most afraid of:

You are afraid of having no one to rely on in times of trouble. You don't ever want to be unable to take care of yourself. Independence is important to you.

Who is your true self:

You are mature, reasonable, honest and give good advice. People ask for your comments on all sorts of different issues. Sometimes you might find yourself in a dilemma when trapped with a problem, which your heart rather than your head needs to solve.

Random. Quotes.

"You’ve got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don’t settle."
— Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple Inc. & Pixar Animation Studios

"To most people, the saying ‘to use someone’, carries a negative connotation. But I don’t see it that way. To ‘mis’, ‘over’ or ‘ab’ use someone is negative. To use is necessary. And if you can’t be used, then you’re useless."
— Kanye West

"I miss our talks more than your touch."
